Global Rankings

1. What Corporate Prestige Measures

These Rules and Guidelines (the "Rules") govern participation on www.corporateprestige.com (the "Platform").

Corporate Prestige is a global ranking of participating companies, based on eligible support recorded through the Platform. Prestige is the cumulative score used to determine a company's position in the Corporate Prestige Global Ranking (the "Global Ranking"). The total combines accepted CP support and any eligible one-time CEO Rankings Recognition allocation described in section 8.

Support is organised into six groups: Ownership & Leadership, Employees, Customers & Clients, Business Partners, Suppliers and Public Support. Each company profile shows the contribution of each group to the company's total.

The ranking reflects participation under the Corporate Prestige methodology. It is not an independent assessment of revenue, profitability, market value, creditworthiness, investment quality, corporate governance or market influence. A ranking position or distinction must not be presented as certification of any of those qualities.

2. Company Participation and Profile Management

Companies may join Corporate Prestige through either of the following routes:

Direct participation

An authorised company representative may join through www.corporateprestige.com and create the company's Corporate Prestige profile.

Participation through CEO Rankings

When a CEO's nomination is approved on CEO Rankings, the company represented by that nominee is automatically added to Corporate Prestige using the company information associated with the approved nomination. A separate initial company registration on Corporate Prestige is not required. If the company already has a Corporate Prestige profile, the approved nomination is associated with that existing profile. Multiple CEO nominations for the same company do not create separate company profiles or separate Prestige totals.

Both routes are subject to the same profile, verification, scoring and participation rules. Joining Corporate Prestige through either route does not itself award Prestige or an annual distinction. An eligible historical company may receive a separate one-time CEO Rankings Recognition allocation under section 8.

A company participates through its published Corporate Prestige profile. The company's name, country, industry and official website must accurately identify the company. Profile information must be kept accurate at all times, and any person managing a profile must be authorised to represent the company.

Company accounts are managed through Elitiya, the central management platform for Pegasus Media Group products. A company may have more than one authorised manager. Account permissions determine who may edit the profile, verify the domain or authorise verification fees.

Before a new company profile participates in the public ranking, its authorised account holder must verify control of the company's official domain using the verification method provided by the Platform. This requirement applies to companies joining directly and to companies added through CEO Rankings. Domain verification is a technical check only; it is not an independent certification of legal ownership or business quality.

Creating or publishing a profile does not itself award Prestige. Any CEO Rankings Recognition is a separately recorded historical allocation under section 8. Draft or unpublished profiles do not participate in the public ranking. An existing profile must not be duplicated in order to manufacture support, misrepresent the same company or circumvent restrictions.

3. Who May Support a Company

Any person may support a company through its public support form without creating a company management account. Supporters pay nothing.

Each supporter must use an email address under their control, select the group that accurately describes their relationship with the company, complete the security check and confirm their support through the email sent to that address.

Support must be voluntary and genuine. It is prohibited to submit support on behalf of another person without their participation, to use an identity that does not belong to the sender, or to create additional identities in order to bypass the participation limit.

4. The Six Support Groups

Ownership & Leadership

Support from an authorised company account holder using a verified email address on a domain verified for that company. The Platform checks the relevant company account permission as well as the email domain. A corporate email address alone does not establish an ownership or leadership role.

Employees

Support from employees using an email address on a domain verified for the company. Mailbox and domain checks support this classification; they do not independently verify an employment contract.

Customers & Clients

Support from persons who are customers or clients of the company. A permanent personal email address or a corporate email address may be used.

Business Partners

Support from persons connected to the company through a business partnership. A corporate email address is required. The supported company's own verified domain cannot be used to represent an independent business partner.

Suppliers

Support from persons representing a supplier to the company. A corporate email address is required. The supported company's own verified domain cannot be used to represent an independent supplier.

Public Support

Support from persons who wish to support the company without selecting one of the other relationships. A permanent personal email address or a corporate email address may be used.

For Customers & Clients, Business Partners and Suppliers, the relationship is selected by the supporter. Routine submissions do not require a separate written declaration, contract, invoice or other documentary proof. Automated checks do not independently certify that the stated commercial relationship exists.

All six groups carry the same scoring value. Selecting a different group does not increase the value of a support submission.

5. Submission, Confirmation and Acceptance

A support submission contributes Prestige only once all of the following steps have been completed:

  1. The supporter submits the form for the correct company and relationship group.
  2. The supporter completes the security check and confirms the email address through the confirmation process.
  3. The submission passes the applicable identity, domain, relationship-eligibility and integrity checks.
  4. The company's authorised paying account has enabled processing and is able to cover the Verification Fee.
  5. The Platform accepts the support submission, deducts the fee and credits the Prestige.

The email confirmation link expires after 24 hours if it has not been used. An expired link requires a new request. Submitting the form or receiving the email does not, in itself, add Prestige.

Email confirmation establishes control of a mailbox only. It is not proof that each mailbox belongs to a different person, or that its holder is authorised to speak for an entire organisation.

6. Email, Domain and Security Checks

Temporary and disposable email services are not accepted. Corporate email addresses are required for Ownership & Leadership, Employees, Business Partners and Suppliers. Permanent personal email addresses may be used for Customers & Clients and Public Support.

Corporate domains must be at least 180 days old and must pass the applicable checks before support from those domains can be accepted. These checks include functioning email infrastructure, an accessible and substantive website, and available domain registration information. Parked domains, domain-sale pages and placeholder websites do not satisfy the website check.

The 180-day requirement relates to the corporate domain, not to the age of the supporter, the mailbox or the company. It applies whenever a corporate email address is used, including for Customers & Clients and Public Support.

A confirmed request from a domain that is too young remains pending and will be checked again once the domain reaches the required age. All other applicable checks must still be passed. The supporter is not required to submit the same request again.

Where required domain information cannot be verified, the request remains pending. Unavailable registration data or a temporary technical failure is not, in itself, a finding of fraud. Domain age alone does not establish that a company, relationship or submission is genuine.

The Platform uses Cloudflare Turnstile, request limits and device or session signals to detect automated activity, repeated submissions and attempts to circumvent its controls. Additional device verification may be applied. These controls reduce abuse; they do not guarantee that every identity or relationship has been independently established.

7. Participation Limit

The same person may have one accepted support submission recorded for the same company in any rolling 365-day period. The period begins when that support is accepted and credited, not when the initial form is submitted.

This limit applies across all six groups. Changing the relationship group, email address or account does not create an entitlement to further support within the same period. Repeated confirmation or resubmission of the same support submission does not generate additional Prestige or a second fee.

A person may support different companies, provided that each submission is genuine and meets the applicable rules. Different individuals from the same organisation may each support a company; an organisation's public listing does not constitute an additional vote.

Once the 365-day period has elapsed, a new eligible support submission may be accepted. Valid Prestige previously earned remains in the cumulative total. Revocation of an accepted support submission does not restart its original 365-day period or permit an immediate replacement submission.

8. Prestige and the Verification Fee

Each accepted support submission adds exactly 200 Prestige to the company and incurs a verification fee of 1 Credit (the "Verification Fee"), charged to the company's designated paying account in Elitiya.

The supporter pays no fee. The authorised company account holder must consent to the fee before processing is enabled. The paying account draws on the shared Elitiya Credits balance, so spending on another product may reduce the Credits available for Corporate Prestige Verification Fees.

The same fee and Prestige value apply to every support group. Domain trust labels and Prestige Power do not multiply the 200 Prestige. Purchasing Credits, adding funds to a balance or enabling processing does not in itself create support or add Prestige.

The current model does not provide additional Prestige through supporter-funded top-ups or company-funded score boosts. Companies fund the Verification Fee for eligible support; they cannot select a larger score for an individual submission.

Credit prices and purchase conditions are displayed at checkout. Credit purchases and completed verification services are not refundable merely because a company changes its mind, receives fewer supports than expected, loses a ranking position or does not receive an award. Any cancellation or refund right that applicable law requires remains unaffected. These Rules do not replace the purchase terms.

CEO Rankings Recognition

CEO Rankings Recognition is a one-time initial Prestige allocation based on an eligible CEO's frozen all-time CEO Rankings score. Each CR point recorded in the approved migration snapshot contributes exactly 10 CP Prestige. The allocation date, snapshot date, source record and conversion version are retained for audit.

An allocation requires a verified association between the CEO and the company. Approval of a CEO nomination does not, by itself, establish legal ownership of the company. Where more than one eligible CEO is associated with the same company, the highest individual eligible score is used; their scores are not added together. The same CEO's historical score may be allocated to only one company.

The allocation is recorded once per company. Repeated migration, registration, nomination approval or publication does not add it again. Later CR points, changes in CR rank and changes of company manager do not automatically increase or replace the frozen allocation. A score of zero produces zero Recognition Prestige.

CEO Rankings Recognition requires no Verification Fee and does not use Credits. It is not an accepted CP support submission, does not activate one of the six support groups, does not establish a corporate supporter and does not award Prestige Power stars. It is shown separately on the company profile and included in total Prestige and the Global Ranking.

No allocation is made simply to avoid a zero score. Company registration, payment and purchase of Credits do not qualify a company for a historical CR allocation. Any correction of a source record or allocation must be recorded transparently under the integrity rules.

9. Pending and Unsuccessful Support

Support awaiting email confirmation, domain eligibility, security checks or other required verification has not contributed to the ranking.

Verified support also remains pending where processing is paused, the paying account has insufficient Credits, or a payment or account restriction prevents the fee from being charged. Pending support has not increased Prestige and has not incurred the Verification Fee.

Once the blocking condition has been resolved, eligible pending support may be processed automatically. A further submission is not required for the same saved request. Acceptance is recorded when processing actually succeeds; it is not backdated to the date of the original request or email confirmation.

Rejected support submissions contribute no Prestige. If a previously accepted support submission is subsequently revoked, its Prestige is removed by means of a recorded correction. A score correction does not, in itself, create an entitlement to a cash refund or to a replacement support submission.

Processing time depends on the checks and services involved. Submission, email confirmation or payment made shortly before a ranking deadline does not guarantee acceptance before that deadline.

10. Public Recognition of Corporate Supporters

Where a corporate email address is used, the organisation associated with its official domain will be publicly listed as a supporter once the support has been accepted. This disclosure is shown during the support process, including before confirmation.

The public listing may include the organisation's name, official domain, verification label, number of accepted support submissions and the date of its most recent accepted support submission. The organisation's name may be taken from a verified company profile or from its website; where a reliable name is unavailable, its domain may be shown instead.

The supporter's personal email address is not published in this listing. Private verification records and device identifiers are not displayed as public supporter details.

A corporate supporter listing identifies the source of support accepted by the Platform. It does not establish that the organisation's board authorised an endorsement, that Corporate Prestige has independently verified a commercial contract, or that several supporters from one organisation are separate, independent organisations.

Labels such as "Domain checked" describe the checks that have been completed. They are not quality certifications, financial ratings or guarantees of a business relationship, and they do not change the amount of Prestige awarded.

11. Ranking Methodology and Shared Positions

Companies are ranked by total eligible Prestige, from highest to lowest. Under the current scoring model, a company's total equals its recorded CEO Rankings Recognition plus 200 Prestige for each accepted CP support submission that remains valid, subject to recorded corrections. Recognition equals 10 times the eligible historical CR points recorded for the company; it is not calculated from the numerical CR ranking position.

Companies with equal totals share the same ranking position. Subsequent positions take account of the number of companies ahead; for example: 1, 2, 2, 4. Companies with the highest equal total share No. 1.

Alphabetical display order between companies with equal totals does not break a tie. Earlier registration, earlier acceptance, the amount of Credits purchased and Prestige Power do not determine priority between tied companies.

Country and industry filters narrow the companies displayed; they do not turn a global position into a separate annual award. A filtered result must not be represented as a distinction that Corporate Prestige has not issued.

Live rankings change as eligible support and corrections are processed. The displayed 24-hour movement compares the current result with available historical data; it is not a separate score. Where no reliable comparison is available, no movement figure is reported.

12. Support Composition and Prestige Power

The support composition shown on a company profile indicates how accepted CP support is distributed among the six groups. The percentages use the CP support total as their denominator and exclude CEO Rankings Recognition. Recognition is displayed separately, while both components are included in the company's total Prestige. When no CP support has been accepted, the six group contributions are zero even if the company has Recognition Prestige. Percentages are not ownership percentages, proportions of the company's workforce or independently measured customer satisfaction. Displayed percentages may be rounded.

Prestige Power is separate from the total Prestige score, the ranking position and the annual award. Its purpose is to describe the breadth, independence and credibility of a company's support structure.

CEO Rankings Recognition does not count as support, activate a support group or establish breadth, independence or credibility for Prestige Power. Prestige Power does not multiply Prestige or break a ranking tie. A company that has not been assessed under a published Prestige Power methodology is shown as "Not rated". "Not rated" is not an adverse judgement about the company.

The detailed criteria and thresholds must be published before any Prestige Power assessments are issued. No star level or rating is earned simply by purchasing Credits or by reaching a particular Prestige total under these Rules.

13. Cumulative Prestige

Prestige is cumulative and does not reset at the end of a calendar year. Eligible CEO Rankings Recognition remains part of the cumulative total, subject to recorded corrections. A period of inactivity does not automatically reduce previously accepted valid Prestige, and the expiry of a supporter's 365-day participation period does not remove the Prestige arising from that support.

The Global Ranking continues throughout the year, including during the annual results review and announcement period. Companies may maintain or improve their positions through further eligible support.

A company may fall in rank without losing Prestige if other companies move ahead. Its total may decrease where invalid support is removed or a correction is required. Cumulative scoring does not prevent corrections, nor does it preserve a deleted company profile in the live ranking.

14. Annual Recognition

The Corporate Prestige Global Leader is the highest annual distinction awarded by Corporate Prestige.

The title is awarded to the eligible company holding No. 1 in the Global Ranking at the close of the relevant calendar year. Where two or more eligible companies share the highest total, each receives the Corporate Prestige Global Leader title for that year, and the Awards Archive records the shared result.

To qualify, a company must have a published profile participating in the ranking at the Cut-off (see section 15) and a positive eligible Prestige total. An accepted CP support submission is not required: a company whose total consists entirely of eligible CEO Rankings Recognition may receive the title. There is no separate minimum of 200 Prestige for Recognition-only companies. If every eligible company has zero Prestige, or there are no eligible published companies, no Global Leader distinction is awarded for that year.

The award is based on the cumulative score at the Cut-off, including eligible CEO Rankings Recognition and valid CP support retained from earlier years. It is not based solely on Prestige earned during that calendar year. No additional support in the award year is required solely because earlier Prestige has been carried forward.

The same company may receive the distinction in consecutive years. A live No. 1 position at any other point in the year does not constitute an annual award.

15. Annual Ranking Cut-off

The annual ranking cut-off is 31 December at 23:59:59 UTC (the "Cut-off"). All companies are assessed against the same UTC deadline, regardless of their location or local time zone.

Only eligible CP support accepted and credited by the Cut-off and eligible CEO Rankings Recognition allocated and recorded by the Cut-off are included in the annual result, subject to integrity checks and corrections. A historical CR snapshot date does not backdate a CP allocation: Recognition recorded after the Cut-off is excluded from that year's result. The final ranking is calculated automatically in accordance with the published Corporate Prestige methodology.

An unconfirmed submission, a request still undergoing checks, support waiting for a domain to become eligible, or verified support awaiting Credits is excluded from that year's result if it has not been accepted by the Cut-off. Starting a payment or completing an email confirmation before the deadline does not reserve a place in the closing result.

Support accepted from 1 January at 00:00:00 UTC contributes to the continuing live ranking and to subsequent annual results. It is not added retrospectively to the previous year's closing score.

The review period following the Cut-off exists to validate and, where necessary, correct the closing result. It is not an extension of the submission or acceptance deadline. A correction of an error in the closing records must be identified as a correction; the later acceptance of pending support is not such a correction.

16. Winner Announcement and Award Year

The Corporate Prestige Global Leader is officially announced on the second Friday of January each year, following review of the previous year's closing result.

The year in the title always refers to the calendar year assessed, not the year of announcement. For example, the company or companies announced on 8 January 2027 will receive the title:

Corporate Prestige Global Leader 2026

January changes to the live ranking do not replace the winner of the preceding year. Until the official announcement, a live ranking display must not be presented as confirmation that the annual distinction has been issued.

17. Awards Archive and Use of Recognition

Each annual Global Leader distinction is permanently recorded in the Corporate Prestige Awards Archive. The verification record identifies the company, award title, award year, relevant Cut-off, closing rank and Prestige total, award reference and current validity status. Shared winners are identified as such.

Subsequent movement in the live ranking does not remove a valid historical distinction. Removal of a current management account or company profile does not, in itself, invalidate an award; the historical corporate award record is held separately from private account information.

A recipient may describe the distinction using the exact title and award year, and should link to the official verification record. A shared recipient must not claim to have been the sole winner. A historical recipient must not imply that its award establishes a current No. 1 position.

The award must not be described as certification of financial performance, market leadership, creditworthiness or investment quality. If an award is corrected or revoked, the recipient must cease to present the superseded result as valid.

18. Integrity, Prohibited Conduct and Corrections

Prohibited conduct includes: automated or fabricated support; impersonation; repeat participation within the restricted period; the use of disposable mailboxes; false relationship classifications; and attempts to create artificial independence through additional domains, profiles or accounts. Purchasing or obtaining aged domains does not make otherwise fabricated support eligible.

Companies may direct genuine supporters to their public profiles. They must not require supporters to select a false relationship category, provide a service that completes confirmations in place of supporters, or organise activity designed to defeat the published rules.

Corporate Prestige may hold, reject or revoke support that fails its checks or is found to breach these Rules. An ineligible or incorrectly allocated CEO Rankings Recognition may also be corrected through a recorded integrity review. Invalid support, technical errors and activity associated with reversed or invalidated funding may require adjustments to Prestige, ranking positions or annual results. A payment dispute does not automatically prove that a supporter has acted improperly.

Score corrections are recorded separately from new support. Where a correction changes an annual result, the Awards Archive will identify the affected year, the corrected result, the date and a clear explanation of the change, without disclosing private security or personal information. An invalid award may be marked as revoked, and an affected award may be replaced with a corrected record.

The later discovery of invalid activity may lead to a correction after an award has been announced. Historical recognition is permanent as a record, but its validity remains subject to these integrity rules.

19. Questions, Disputed Records and Changes to These Rules

Questions about support, company information, a ranking correction or an award may be sent to support@corporateprestige.com. Please include the company profile and the relevant support or award reference, where available. Never send an account password or full payment-card details.

Reporting an issue does not in itself alter a score or award. Any resulting correction must meet the same verification and recording standards as other corrections.

Material changes to scoring, eligibility or annual award rules will be published, together with their effective date, before they apply. The applicable methodology and any correction history must remain identifiable for each annual result. Changes must not be used to silently redefine a previously announced result.

These Rules and Guidelines explain participation, scoring and recognition. Account, payment and data-processing conditions are set out in the applicable Terms and Privacy Policy.
